Petrol price has increased by around 40%!!
RM 1.92/litre ---> RM 2.70/litre
oh well...at least i qualify for the below 2000cc car incentive keke...
I'm sure every1 who has a car is going to feel the pinch in car petrol increase...
Why can't they increase every1 salary by 40% ahah >< to counter balance it =p

| PORT VISIT!!Northport which is located in Port Klang was our destination yesterday as a educational trip for beginners like me in the logistics industry. Main purpose is to expose noobs to the world of logistics and to know how all the procedures of supply chain happens at the port. Indeed it was a truly refreshing experience as I have never once step foot on a port ever in my life. Thus, this trip really opened my eyes aha. Some pics to ease the descriptions   Maersk Containers! Loose cargo in the warehouse   Liquified ammonia stored in "Liquid Bulk" View of the harbour   Machines unloading the containers from the mother vessel   These are what they called logistic TOYS..4 of them cost RM 72million !!  Maersk Mother Vessel : MCC Confidence  See the circled thingy? Those are called "shields" to prevent rats from climbing aboard the vessels, but many local vessels dun conform to the ruling tsk tsk.
owh yea..all those pictures were taken from my NEW Hp aha...I'm pretty happy with he results of the images even though it only has a 2MB camera, but the shutter speed is quite impressive ^^
Well, after a tiring visitation, we were treated to seafood at PORT VILLAGE SEAFOOD where we were served crabs, lalas, fish, tofu, vege and chicken all on the company's tab keke....forgot to take pics as I was just too hungry at that time >.<

| 15th May was my first day at work...
Finally...i have reached a whole new stage...stepping out of a students life and moving on to the fast-paced environment of a work place...
For those that are still blur as to what am I working as...here are the details
  Alright I'm working for DAMCO which is a subsidiary of group for MAERSK. Position is as Ocean Freight Executive. Further information on what I'm working as read urself la >>> http://www.damco.com<<< Now don't ask me anymore why i'm working in this field of work when i'm originally in Bio field...more specifically Bioinformatics....I have answered to my colleagues, supervisors and also manager numerous times till I have lost count....so spare me yah >.< Anyways...first day was...how should I put it...TIRING definitely!! too many logistics and shipping terms to understand....even the manager said that the first 3 months would be a "hell-ish" time for me...another girl colleague of mine even told me that on her 1st week of work she got fever due to the stress...anyhows...not too bad la...i work 2 days only (thurs & fri) but i got 3 days holidays keke (sat-mon) worth it leh... | | |
